Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Australia.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the UAE. The full list is shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates start from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to carrier or customs issues outside our control.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
